Mr Clement Chung
M. Fin (RMIT), Executive Program (Harvard), Management (Tsinghua), Teaching for Understanding (Harvard)

Mr Chung started his career at Grant Thornton and later joined Reuters as financial application specialist. Clement held senior management positions at Sun Hung Kai &Co, PCC Skyhorse and Vision Century before joining Wiseman in 2003.

In 2004, the board of Directors appointed Mr Chung as CEO of Wiseman Education, which provides learning solutions and programmes for over 3,360 schools in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Malaysia, Thailand and other parts of the world.

During his time at Wiseman, he served as Director for Crimson Summer Exchange, trained and led a team of Harvard, Yale, Cambridge and Oxford graduates to teach Hong Kong students at the University of Hong Kong. He also has led teacher professional development workshops in Hong Kong, co-run LOL with Harvard Cultural Agents, and the Small World Project.



Chris Glover
BEd, JD

Mr Glover moved with his family to Hong Kong in 1994 where he worked as in-house counsel for an international company. Two years later, Chris joined a solicitors firm in Hong Kong, where he handled corporate and commercial matters.

In 1999, Mr Glover co-founded and was the Managing Director of a legal and professional education company that managed the Australian Graduate School of Management (the “AGSM”) MBA program, a number of professional certificate courses including those for the Society of Trust & Estate Practioners (“STEP”), the International Compliance Association (“ICA”) as well as Continuing Professional Development courses for Hong Kong solicitors, Registered Foreign Lawyers, Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) registered professionals, the Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries and Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Australia licensed accountants.

Mr Glover also co-founded and was the Managing Director of the Central Conference Center in 2001. After selling both businesses in 2004 and 2005 respectively, Mr Glover joined the Hong Kong office of a US based Fortune 500 company where he was the Asia Director of Conferences and Training.

In 2007 Chris decided to leave the commercial world and joined a large, English speaking church in Hong Kong as its Executive Director. In 2010 Chris decided to return to the US to attend a full-time leadership residency program. After completing the program in 2011, Mr Glover returned to Hong Kong and established an NGO and serves there.

Mr Glover holds a Bachelor Degree in Education, a Juris Doctor in Law and is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association. He has sat on numerous boards in Hong Kong including those of the International Christian School, Asian Charity Services, Friends of Hong Kong Charities and Island Evangelical Community Church. Mr Glover is married to his wife, Linda and they have four children.



Dr. Qin Jiang Higley
BA (Fudan), M.Ed. (Harvard), Ph.D.

Dr Higley is Publishing Editor at Brill focusing on Asian Studies and Contemporary China Studies.

Prior to Brill, Dr Higley worked at Harvard's WIDE World as their China Project & International Accounts Manager. She is also the Instructor for the Teaching for Understanding online course at WIDE World, Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Dr Higley taught in the undergraduate program at Fudan University, Shanghai for five years before pursuing further studies in Hong Kong and the US, where she got her PhD and Master's in Education from Harvard.

Dr Higley was a guest Instructor of English at Galveston College, Texas and City University of Hong Kong.



Matthew Tam
Educational Counselling Psychologist

Matthew Tam is a corporate counselling consultant. Apart from operating his counselling consultancy firm, he is also a professional therapist in a listed medical group.

Matthew studied counselling in Canada and received a master's degree. He is a member of the Hong Kong Professional Counselling Association (HKPCA), the American Counselling Association (ACA), and the International Association for Marriage and Family Counsellors (IAMFC).

He is a corporate counselling consultant and a professional counselling therapist. Matthew is passionate about education, he is also a teacher, promoting mental health and positive thinking in primary, secondary and universities. He has been on television programmes and published numerous articles in magazines and books.

Matthew is married and enjoying a wonderful life with his family, especially his two daughters, who are in high school and middle school, respectively.



Adam Tolnay
B.A(Harvad), M.A(Harvad), M.Sc.(LSE)

Mr Adam Tolnay, received B.A (Magna Cum Laude) and M.A. from Harvard, and M.Sc. from London School of Economics. He was a Reuters Digital Visions Fellow at Stanford University. He was also a visiting scholar at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, National University of Singapore. He is the founder and director for Learning Enterprises, and has been working with Wiseman Education team for nearly five years.



童乐老师

学前教育专业、法律专业本科、社会学专业研究生毕业、中级职称、国家二级心理咨询师,从事学前教育工作二十多年。先后在市教育局直属幼儿园担任教师、教学主任、园长助理。在香港国际教育机构担任学术部研究员和实验园园长。曾多次担任市级、省级、国家级课题研究小组成员和负责人,担任市级幼儿园评估组成员、市学前教育研究会第三届理事会理事、市区人民政府教育督导室兼职督学。

在二十多年的工作中,童乐老师在幼儿园课程研发、教师培训、家长培训、幼儿发展评价、幼儿园教学管理等方面积累了大量的专业知识和经验,也一直保持着认真、执着、求实、创新、平和、稳健的工作风格。

带着一双欣赏且具备专业素养的眼睛、一颗感恩且平和的心,去读懂每一个孩子、老师、家长,和他们交流互动,在这个过程中共同成长、发展,童乐老师追求这个境界,也享受这个境界。



童心老师
游乐家儿童会馆馆长

学前教育、经济管理专业本科毕业,幼儿园高级教师,二十余年幼教一线经验,国家二级心理咨询师。

曾任深圳市南山幼儿园、锦隆幼儿园园长,香港耀华深圳红树湾幼儿园副院长,深圳市北师大教育发展有限公司幼教中心行政部主任、深圳学前教育研究会成员。

对教育保持独立的思考和探索,在教师团队引领、家庭教育咨询、儿童个案跟进方面积累了丰富的经验。希望能走进孩子的心灵,用爱与专业的努力真诚地帮助到身边的孩子们,享受和孩子在一起的快乐!
